But your car was tuned and your skill sufficient. Far too many people show up unprepared in terms of both car and driver. That is what was being satirized.

I get mine by going to any event, and beginning the process of making a custom blueprint just to look at the viable cars, without even finishing said process. The difference between this way and the “view eligible cars” in the seasonal event proper is that the latter also filters the cars by class…

Even so you are right, you are never told the whole story, for instance there is one for heavyweights or something like that, where the weight is what matters, so a bone stock car may be eligible, but a tuned one may not, because of weight reduction.

Ok, got the 240 at the Speedtrap in a maxed out Porsche now stuck on finding the best track to get the Aerial pass on. Did one but the game did not count it!
If anybody is in trouble with this try the Mazda at the Banburgh Pinewood Trail! Many bumps will be found to get it!

Try the aerodrome cross country circuit

Also for anyone struggling with the speedtrap try the Porsche Cayman GTS with the tune SPEED TRAP by STEVEtheP1R4TE

Whenever I need to get the airborne pass skill, I just do a few laps on the Mudkickers’ 4x4 Scramble and set the AI to new racer so they’re easier to pass quickly. That way you can get it done as fast as possible.

THE WIND IN YOUR SAILS; clocking 3-stars at the Moorhead Wind Farm beating the 240MPH goal.

Completed this with an X-class 2019 Porsche 911 Carrera S with an expensive tune by MITAR0360 through trap at 243+ mph.

My x class tune same car did 260 through trap from intersection west of trap, my s2998 tune did 255 which also took 1st in all four trials races.

Mudkickers with an Audi TTS had it before I finished the first lap.

Porsche event is quite challenging. I’m avoiding using my 918 and that’s the only Porsche I use regularly. Took me three goes.

The 2019 GT3 (Nalak tune) I tried first had problems with the wet conditions and took me until race 3 to get used to. Switched to the 2018 GT2 (DJS tune) which is easily good enough to win but my teammates first time weren’t great (i lapped three of them in the first race). Second time round won the first two events and team got the win - lost the next two but, as said above, a 2-2 was good enough as we’d got to 2 first.

After struggling so much with the Cayman, I beat Chapter 2 (3 starring the Moorhead speed trap) with the TVR Griffith on my first try. I used the X class tune Moorhead Farm by MemphisOne, started on the left side, and did 246 mph.

What constitutes a microwhatever for pgg? Eligible cars only shows Porsche 718 RS 60 for me, but I suspect that’s because it’s only 9ne in a class.

Eligible car listing is terrible in this game, especially when they give it a name that isn’t in sort list.

I know, it’s always annoying to try to figure out what car I can use from the event’s eligible cars list. You’d think the devs could make it easier for us to know what our options are.

But I have a solution! If you get in a car that you know is part of a theme (I tried/failed the event with my Peel P50) and start a blueprint race, you can get a full list. So, here it is:

MICROCAR MAYHEM!

Abarth 595 Esseesse (D)
Austin-Healey Sprite MKI (D)
BMW Isetta 300 (D)
Ferrari 166MM Barchetta (C)
Lotus Elan Sprint (D)
Manx Meyers (D)
Mini Cooper S (D)
Morgan 3 Wheeler (D)
Peel Trident (D) [DLC]
Peel P50 (D)
Porsche 718 RS 60 (A)
Porsche 550A Spyder (D)
Reliant Supervan III (D)

They’re all Classics and Cult Cars, with the Lotus being the heaviest at 1,640 lbs

Do the events on Lego Island and Fortune Island count towards completion percentage?

Nope.
Only the events stated in the playlist

Cheers folks.

Boy do I hate trials like the one this week. When you give these geniuses a chance to choose a class, they always ALWAYS go for S2 which they can not control. Why why why why do they always go for the fastest car? UGH so frustrating

Easily beat the Porsche challenge since everyone left after the first race and I used the PO Porsche for the first time, which is a ridiculously good car.

PG is pushing Lego land pretty hard. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an expansion location light up the sky during a seasonal event before lol. 90s street races it’s hard to miss

For the Playground games, I recommend the Peel P50. Yes, I said it, the Peel P50. Seriously, once you can control it, your insane acceleration and small size will make you a pain to tag.

I’m not bothering with the Trial this week, since I already have the '18 Cayenne. And I don’t want another limo either, so I’m only doing the essentials. Mario Maker 2 comes out tomorrow, so I’ve got to plan my schedule accordingly.

I don’t have a Ferrari F50. I have a Ferrari F50 GT, which apparently is not the same thing. So I’ll probably be taking a crack at that one, just as soon as I’ve finished off the weekly Forzathon.

I must have done dozens of passes at the speed trap in the Eagle. Tried a couple of different tunes, and came tantalizingly close. 239 is now my least favorite number, and I swear, the weather pattern is “rain for 10 minutes, sunny for 2.” Went back to the TVR with an X class tune, and got it on the first try. So lesson learned: use the TVR. Quit messing around with the Eagle.
