Why does the 1969 Lola Penske Sunoco T70 MkIIIB only have half a rear spoiler?

This is not the only car with this feature. The Lancia Stratos Group 4 had asymmetrical exhausts.
Most tracks in the world run clockwise, so the Lola’s rear aero makes sense. 
(this car is awesome BTW)
Its the Daytona winning car and the Daytona roval didn’t have the back chicane, so was mostly left turns. So it accurate to that car, pretty much every other track you would use none or both.
