You mean that the speedometer is rotated?
This placement can be correct as it is quite common for racing cars of that era to have them placed like that. Usually it’s because they want to see a specific value at the top.
If it’s about the steering wheel blocking half of the speedometer, that is a problem.
Thanks for the info, I just learned something I, didn’t know at the time it could intentionally install the meter that way.

You guys do see that the gauge has “RPM” in it and not “MPH” or “KPH”, right?
It’s reading revs, not speed…Most race cars do not have a speedo…
