Practice is timed for early morning and it very dark with headlights on, however after about 3 minutes into the lap enough time has passed for it to lighten up and the headlights turn off but is still way to dark. I can barely see the track! It takes almost 6.5 - 7 minutes, almost completing one lap, before light levels are reasonable for no headlights.
Either headlights need a manual button or timing and lighting need to be re-evaluated for this event.
This is happening to me too, not able to finish because of it

Seems this is because of weather settings. Its overcast making it darker than normal. With clear conditions it would likely be fine but still to dark for no headlights with it being overcast.
I’m stuck. I don’t know Nordshleiffe by heart which makes it harder. At some point I can’t even see the track.
Best workaround I know is to stop before crossing the start line at the beginning and wait for enough time to pass for it to lighten up. Not ideal but will at least let you complete it if you are willing to wait a bit.
