Spin it Again Perk Broken. Help please!

So I purchased the Spin it Again Perk; after which I spent roughly 2.5 mil in credits, purchasing wheelpins. However, while my bank kept lowering after each spin, the credit rewards I kept getting WERE NOT DEPOSIT INTO MY ACCOUNT. After each spin, it would say to press Bto “Collect Prize,” and to press X to “Collect a Prize and Purchase Spin.” Based on that I assumed that pressing B would end the Perk and deposit my credit/car rewards, so I kept pressing X, until it finally said, “Cannot Buy Spin…,” because doing so would “leave very low on finds…” At that point, I figured the game would automatically deposit my winnings, but to my utter disbelief, it did not. What in the Sam Hill is going on!? The instructions after each purchased spin seemed pretty clear, so I can’t fathom how I just lost $2.5 million of hard-earned Credit, without seeing a penny of the credit winnings, or, I assume, the cars ai won.

What exactly did I do wrong, or, is the Perk simply broken? Has anyone heard of this happening before? If so, do you know if I might somehow be able to recover my credits? And if not that, what I can do prevent such loss in the future? Would it do any good for me to contact, Playground Games or MS Game Studio and ask for at least some tokens to renumerate my loss?

Keep pressing buttons without reding sometimes leads to this situation…

Each time you pressed X you would have had your winnings added to your balance or garage, then had 50k taken for the next spin. Bottom line is you’ve just run out of money, nothing’s broken, you’re not owed anything. Long term you will always lose with something like this. Time to go and drive all those cheap cars that have been added to your garage…

This doesn’t make sense SmokeVessle. I’m no mathmetition, but I know enough that I’ confused by the logic of your response. If, for example, the reward for a given spin is 100K and the cost of the spin is 50K, then why would 9950K not be added to my credit balance? Why would my balance drop 50K, with none of the winnings of a spin being added? I’m no mathematician, but your calculations elude me. Some of my spins did cost more that the reward (e.g., spin: 50K + spin reward: 10K = -40K).

In my mind, the per/spin options were clear and indicated no alternative interpretation. ‘Press the X button to collect reward and spin again, or, press the B button to collect reward [andend the Spin Again Perk.’ So say 85% of my Perk spins netted a higher reward amount than the cost of the spin, then why would I have not received a penny of the rewards? Why would 15% of of all spins involving a loss completely negate the 85% of spins that yielded rewards higher than the costs of spins?

Forgive me if I’m being bone-headed, and certainly I don’t mean to be contrary, but if you could reconcile your supposition with my interpretation, and help me understand where my logic is falling apart, I sure would be grateful.

Also:
If you had a couple million in credits to start, you’d have enough for at least 40 spins (plus more from the credits won), and there would have been a few car prizes among them. When the spin awards a car, you don’t get credits, and your balance drops by 50k.

When a spin gives you 100,000 and you spin again, you immediately spend 50,000 for that next spin so you only net 50,000 for that win. Wins that are under 50,000 are what really hurt, especially those nasty 2000 credit spins.

Not all spins give the same rewards. As an aside, if your are VIP, these rewards are not doubled, as are normal spins.

Now, as to your not being a mathematician and using your 100k example, 100,000 - 50,000 would give you 50,000 not 99.500 so there is part of your problem.

And yes, if you happen to get a 2000 spin then 2000 - 50,000 would yield a -48,000 or a loss of 48,000.

Further, the increased or reduced amount of credits happen after each spin and are not ‘saved up’ until the end.

Also, for future reference, your total available credits (cash) is shown in the upper right hand corner of your screen during and after the wheel spins so you will always know the results of your spin and what affect it had on your credit total. You should have been able to see your total credits increasing or decreasing depending on the result of the spin. .
