Is this road even exists right now so they can scan it?
Yes, they’re all public roads that still exist today. The only missing part is the parts that connect the circuit with the public roads. (edit: the connecting parts are also still existing!)

I loved it on Project cars, pushing the speed of the cars like no other track does. But it only has about 160 votes and there are so many other tracks with much more votes.
Hopefully it makes it in, but i wonder why not just add it previously and have both the new and old Spa. Like it is a version of a track, not a track that is not at all in the game. IMO it should have been there as an option to pick, no need for votes.
Bit anyhow we pray to see it, for now we can only wait.
They really shouldn’t allow their ability to scan it get in the way of providing tracks like this. ‘Best guess’ should be fine for tracks that do not exist anymore.
Guys wat do ya think, could this masterpiece potentially make it in game?
Me personally, besides the Nurburgring, this is my most beloved track for kicking the pedal to the metal.

Hey yall how is it going!
I am keeping the tab live as this version of Spa is even more fun than the modern one. TIMES funnier i mean.
So many straights, small curbs to be careful of, zig-zags here and there. Just pure bliss.
I remember one of the versions being like 13-14 km if not more. Similar if not a bit longer than the Nürburgring.
I believe this should have been in the game since launch, as this is not a whole separate track, rather a version of Spa.
But anywho, here are my prayers to the Team to include this at some point, even though it doesn’t have too many votes at the moment.
