In career mode, I would like to have a dedicated button to skip the training races. Only after over 5 hours of playing and Bing searching did I figure out that I can skip training mode by starting the training and then exiting via the pause menu. I would have never thought of this because the exit button looked like quitting the whole career mode. This is not very user friendly in my opinion, and as someone who only plays the game casually, playing 5-10 laps of the same track felt very long and repetitive.
