Showcase events rivals bug?

Hi everyone,

I want to complete the clean lap task for each race. So far I’m through with all of them, only in the showcase events the “achievement” does not unlock, even though I drove a clean lap? Does anyone have the same problem?

Do a dirty lap before exit to see if it is in leaderboard then do the clean run

yeah was on the jetski showcase event for me

same problem for me on jetsky, even dirty laps don’t get recorded.
I did many tries:
-tried selecting from the leaderboard something different from the default 44’ rival
-tried posting dirty laps
-tried entering the event from freeroam
-tried entering the event from “online” => “rivals” => “showcase rivals” menu

none of theese worked for me

i had the same problem on ths and circumvented it entering the event from “online” => “rivals” => “showcase rivals” menu

Buggy & beast is broken here. Not even a faster dirty lap is recognized correctly. Beating the rival several Times and checked Different enemies, too, but everytime my old dirty time is the only recognized one.

It sucks because it is the very last clean rival lap i needed

Same problem for me. All event rivals time are not saved… I tried on 2 different xbox, online, offline, from the menu, from the map, etc… Nothing working…
That’s sucks… -_-

Yeah, it’s really frustrating. I play the game on PC, but I’ll give it a try on the Xbox as well. Maybe it will work there for me…

since this probIem is not listed in the known issues list I opened a ticket @forzasupport hoping they recognize it, at least… fingers crossed

Found a way to finally post a clean time: i had to do it once (again) in solo, then in rivals mode…

Absolutely right, works like a charm! Thanks :heart:
I was getting crazy about this until I found this thread and had seen, that I’m not the only one. I tried everything thinkable, except replaying in normal mode just before, as IlMiSeR suggested. You’ll notice immeadeatly, that a ghost time close to your last try in normal mode will be used, when playing in rivals mode, not the slowest time in the world ranking (which is usally 20min+), if you don’t manually change it.
