Shouldn't Forza Horizon 6 focus more on Japanese kei cars and compact cars?

I think most people are drawn to supercars and the like. I understand that completely, as I like those kinds of cars too. However, if you look at the roads in Japan, you’ll find them overflowing with kei cars, compact cars, and minivans. I think some people have forgotten about these kinds of cars. In fact, I almost did that myself for a while. But I think the diversity of cars adds to their appeal. Japanese cars are designed with practicality in mind. And within that, there are many excellent cars that are very well made. I think that by featuring such cars in Forza Horizon 6, we can better convey a sense of fundamental Japanese culture. What do you all think about this?

I don’t know how many are confirmed so far but a few Kei car’s are confirmed for launch and there was a photo of a Mazda Efini (probably misspelled the name) which is a early version of some mazda car (I’m more than likely am wrong about this ) and I’m from North Carolina here in the USA and up in the big cities I see a bunch of Honda Acty trucks or some other brand like it you’d be surprised of what car’s and customizations you’d see in my neck of the woods

Are you referring to the Mazda Anfini brand? If you’re talking about that now-defunct brand from the 1990s, I know a few cars from that brand. Or, when you say early Mazda cars, are you referring to the Mazda RX-3? If that’s what you’re talking about, that’s amazing.

↑In Japan, the Mazda RX-3 is called the Savanna.

I don’t know there was an image of it on Instagram but it’s been deleted now but you can probably still find it somewhere I think there’s a picture of it on the Forza Horizon 6 car list discussion

Is this it? ↑If so, it’s the Mazda RX-3.

I looked into it. I found information that the RX-3 appears in the main game.

Nope it’s this one

I think it’s an Anfini RX-7, around 1999 model year. This model is one of my favorite Mazda cars. I’m glad I finally figured it out. Thank you. There are many other great cars in the Mazda lineup!

On a different note, I think Forza Horizon 6 needs modern kei cars and compact cars to feature. For example, among the latest Japanese hot hatches, the GR Yaris is in the game, but nothing else is. (If my memory serves me correctly) So, I think a more diverse lineup is needed, such as the GR Corolla, Nissan Note Aura Nismo, and Honda Fit RS. Judging from the current trend of cars being announced, I’m worried that there won’t be many compact cars (like hot hatches). Also, only about two kei cars have been announced, which is a concern.。

Confirmed

I’m sorry, I didn’t look into it enough. So the GR Corolla will be featured! And the kei cars I’d like to see added to Forza Horizon are those from the last ten years or so. For example, the Honda S660, Daihatsu Copen, and Honda N-one RS.

Also, as a side note, in Japan, the zNismo is not considered a small car.

Well every now and then Playground Games will post some new car or car’s on their social media platform’s like X/Twitter,Facebook, and Instagram for a few examples and as I mentioned there’s a Forza Horizon 6 car list discussion thread on the Forza Suggestions Hub as well

I see, so that’s how they announce new cars! I watch a lot of YouTube, so I’ll check out the Forza Horizon channel from time to time.
