The first half of this is all about driving skill, and the second part includes tuning skill as well as driving.

Daytona Day at Road America
you will take a bone stock Cobra Daytona from the T10 garage and enjoy some track time on Road America. Best hot lap wins this competition.

RELICS event in Nurburg
you will bring your best restored/upgraded (or stock) Daytona coupe to Germany for a standing start lap of the Nordschleife. Results will be compiled by class: stock, A and S compete against like cars. A RELICS doorcard is free on my storefront but not mandatory.

In both comps, clean laps will rank ahead of dirty; replays required
any photos, tunes, etc. you want to share are always appreciated
prizes for best in class (Nurburgring) as well as the spec race

I don’t yet have a spec lap I’m satisfied with; my Nordschleife replay is on my SF. I chose to compete in A class.

I haven’t been around in a while, and still can’t really take part in this, but I ran some laps anyway. :slight_smile:

Road America - bone stock

Hot Lap - 02:28.030

Ring - A Class Restored (tried to stay true, will explain below)

Standing Lap (alone) - 08:26.883

There is more in both versions for me, so when I am able to post replays I will try and better the time.

Anyway, A Class Restored.

What I did was take the stock car and put some Race parts on it, but no weight reduction or power, to keep the mostly to the stock version

That is the tune I used, hope you like it. :slight_smile:

Oh, it can be a full throttle launch, should help off the line. It has a tall 1st, then short ratios through the rest.

Didnt manage to get a clean lap , best i could do was an 8:22:532 on lap 4 of replay . Always enjoy an excuse to load up Nurburgring on the 360 :slight_smile:
