50 laps full damage collisions on and only 1 pit stop allowed. R2 Class Race cars only. First place receives a 50 year old horse. If you are interested post a date and time that you’ll be free for around 2 hours on a Saturday evening. The track will be posted later tomorrow. I hope to have a full lobby. I will be racing but I wont be able to win. More than one pit stop loses.
Sebring full will be the track.
More details please. Time of race, any restrictions on builds etc.
No restrictions on build. Saturday evening. August the 2nd 7pm.
Wat car will we be winning?
Pity it is Sebring , i LOATHE that course , now if it had of been the Ring i would def had been up for two hours of that !!!
if you can pull off 50 laps with only one pit stop on the Ring I would love to see that. About the prize, You’ll have to figure that out for yourself. It’s in the game.
“Congratulations, you won a 50 lap race and wasted 2 hours of your time! Here’s a '94 Civic with a body kit.” If people see that, they’ll be thoroughly disappointed, so make sure to please the winner.
They will be pleased. For a fifty year old horse this year there ain’t nothing else better.
I’m guessing prize car is a '65 Mustang.
Is it 2015 already?
Calm down, he thought 50 was a general amount, not an exact one. If it’s EXACTLY 50 years, it’s the 1964 Ferrari 250 GTO. Pretty generous prize.
It’s only credits.
What time zone is the race start? 7pm is all the info given. I’m not a fan of Sebring either but Mazda would be nice.

Eastern Standard. Would everyone like to race Road America?
I’d probably prefer Road America to Sebring. Sunset and Bernese are good tracks as well. What are your tuning restrictions? Any base R2 car raised to the top of its class?

No tuning restrictions, but I should put restrictions on setup. Like up to second level restrictors removed. I’m not sure if removing all restrictors has much to do with mileage. There is one thing I will point out that if you’re using a controller my hands were hurting long before the 50th lap and not fighting to keep a car on the track will help. Because making a pit stop will not cure body damage. Having a mild setup will probably help.
50 laps on Sebring in R2 race cars can be done easily on one pit stop, so mileage isn’t a concern no matter how much power your car has. I suggest a race car with top notch acceleration for Sebring, though. The #91 or #126 Viper GTS-R would be your best bet.
Since I am being so generous thank you for reminding me of that. I am going to leave full damage on and also collisions. So bring your “A” game if you want to finish the race unscathed and to make it much more interesting. It will be on Sebring.
I’ll try to be there if I can. I’m making no illusions that I will be winning cars. Just want to see if I can finish a race that big. My longest thusfar is 15 laps. Plus there might be some good racers in the house so good luck to all.
