Just figure I point this out.
The lobbies are still going strong, and the community is still active, so I figure I give a heads up to whoever informs the people running the servers so people can still enjoy them.

Thank You for this Post. I thought it was my internet connection or the Dinosaur (original Xbox 360) of a console I’m using, or maybe even an issue with XBox Live for some unknown reason.
Does anyone have any idea how long it may take for the problem to be rectified? Or does anyone know who to contact, or if reporting the issue will do any good? At least I now know the problem is not on my end. Again Thanks for the Post!

Yep. FM4 servers are down.
Can anyone else not access anything like auction house or storefront, other than online races on FM4?

Negative. It’s the same for everyone right now. Only about to access races. Storefront, auction house, clubs, etc, are unavailable.
They take away all the DLC packs. The servers constantly go down every 6 months. Are we witnessing the end of FM4?
A large group of gamers still share/sell their designs and car creations. Doesn’t Turn 10 care about us?

They care, only as far as how much money they can wring from gamers. They seem to have adopted an internal model of support for their games like Apple, where anything older than 2 years old is seen as obsolete (and thus unworthy of spending resources to fix).
Don’t get me wrong: I’d very much like to be proven otherwise when it comes to FM4. But I wouldn’t hold out on T10 even mentioning FM4 again, let alone suggesting that they’ll look into restoring servers like clubs, stores etc.
JUL/03/2018 Just a simple attempt to turn Turn10’s attention to the fact that the servers for ForzaMotorsport4 and FM3 have been consistently down at least 10 days now. More a featurepolicy than a bug one might think. Instead of moving forward to FM7 I will now start leveling my FM2 score. FM2 (and all its leaderboards) still works like a charm! Have Fun!
Edit JUL/04/2018, and almost as soon as I wrote previous: FM4 servers are working again at least up till now (10:30 PM). When I checked this afternoon FM3 servers appeared to be still in the doldrums.
Forza support on Twitter said they were working on the fm3/4 servers.
Hopefully the solve the problems. I’ve played Horizon today, everything seems to be working, but Forza 3 is not.

I 4 one miss my Forza 4, I upgraded from 360 to One because the disc reader went out, but lost 4 in the process. I have Designs, a huge garage, and a lot of hours invested in 4. Hope someday it is back available to play on One.
