I have been unable to access the Summer #Forzathon, Message Center, Welcome Back screen, Series Rewards, Ranked Adventure, Rivals, Clubs and Marketplace at all today, since about 11:00 a m. Eastern Daylight Time (almost 13 hours now.)
When I try to access the Summer #Forzathon on the menu, I get an error message saying “The Forza Horizon 4 server is not currently available. Please try again later.”
I have tried going offline in my Xbox One settings and then going back online again, I have restarted the Xbox and the game multiple times. All other online services are working and I am still able to join the Horizon Life sessions and head-to-head is still available and enabled.
Anyone have any clue what I need to do to get all the other online features working again?
The update was the issue. The previous update on October 11th prompted me to install it when I started the game that day, but I had to manually locate and install this current update.
