Hello. I’m a player in Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition on PC, and i’m having a problem since almost a week, and it is really bothering me. for a random reason, the game just stopped working, and when i try to enter into the auction house, then i get a " The Forza Horizon 5 server is not available at this time please try again later" message. (Also the player-made products, forzathon, backstage, rivals, and gifting doesn’t work either,) I have rebooted my internet and wifi, i repaired and reinstalled the xbox app, logged out from both the xbox app and the game and logged back multiple ways. also i am not banned because i checked it. i even reinstalled the whole game from a cracked version to see if it’s my pc or the game. it is obvious that the game doesn’t wants to work for me. If someone knows a way to fix it then i would really thank that, because the only thing i wanted in this game is to simply customize a car and tune it. NOTHING ELSE. the only thing i wanted in this game isn’t working. Please someone help me, i cant do anything else but ask someone for help.
experiencing the same issue since mid february, I too am playing FH5 on pc, I repaird my xbox and game services app, logged out and logged in from xbox and game multiple times, even disabled my firewall entirely for a few mins, reinstalled games twice, in fact i have done everything what you said and a lot more. I can see online players, I can’t use any community stuff, whenever I start game, it says “servers not available”

hi guys, yesterday i bought FH5 premium edition, but i’m still having problems with the servers since i bought it and i can’t connect. I’ve already tried everything the web recommends, but nothing. Are you also having problems? Can you help me? Also i can’t see all the cars in the car pack and i can’t use them, is it because i can’t connect to the servers? Thanks.

Same here on pc. I reinstalled the game on my xbox just to check and everything is working fine. Can we get Forza to let us know what is going on and get a fix.

- Which platform you’re on (and which GPU driver/version if on PC)

- Confirm if rebooting fixes it or not
- Confirm if this message pops up each session or intermittently (and indicate times when you successfully play without this issue)
