Is going to be possible for many to complete the series with the amount of bugs present or past that stop players acquiring enough points to get the 2nd car. From what I can tell this car is also needed to complete the festive accolades.

I see many posts about players unable to complete tasks, with little to no response to a solution from the people who should be giving answers. As far as I’m aware, no solution or resolution was ever provided for the 1st series that was also a mess.

This “game of the year” really does need to up it’s game because it’s been a constant dissapointment for many since release.

With the holidays rapidly approaching, our team is looking forward to spending some time with family and friends and hope you are doing the same. For us, this means a short pause on our ongoing development and fixes, yet rest assured, in the new year we will continue to deliver further improvements to Forza Horizon 5.

For example, we’re aware that a number of players have experienced challenges on the Festival Playlist which they’ve not been able to complete. This can be frustrating to miss out on rewards or to not have that 100% completion. We’re looking into a solution for players who have experienced the issue.

Your feedback is invaluable to us so keep it coming, it helps us prioritize how we tackle fixes.

I know it’s frustrating but beyond what has been already said, I don’t have anything to add until the team is back working through the issues after the new year. In the meantime I’m here monitoring community comments on a daily basis and reporting them back.

I appreciate the reply, but surely a simple decision to award the players the bugged challenges would be the best way forward. If the points total hadn’t been changed during the 1st series, it probs wouldn’t have been an issue as players would still have completed the seasons/Series.
