Saved data synchronisation issue. FM 5. And FH2

Hi there,

Got a problem with my saved data synchronisation in forza 5 and horizon 2 .

Just got a new Xbox One from a replacement , install forza games and the synchronisation searching saved data
endlessly . And it’s only for forza other games synchronisation are just fine.

Try to delete profile, games, re-install , clear DD ,… Nothing works.

Do you have server problem or something ?

Try again, this time allowing 4-6 hours or more for the sync to complete (even though it may appear to stall, other users report that it will complete eventually).

If you are still unable to retrieve the data , send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com with the title “FM5 game save” and all your details and await a response (after the auto-reply).

After 2 hours forza 5 is ok.
Still remain horizon 2

yep, can take an eternity. Often I have an hour to play and find myself waiting that hour to Sync…so annoying and ridiculous!!
