Save problem due to a bug

Since 07/12 I have contacted technical support twice who ask me to wait patiently for the development team to find a solution to resolve my problem.
Oddly enough, I had no problem purchasing the Fast those of next week. :rage:
I bought a game that I can no longer play because of a bug that you don’t fix, and they ask me to be patient, I think it’s a real lack of respect, especially since you don’t even offer to offer me the rewards, the credits, the XP… that I can’t get because of a development problem.
Frankly I am disgusted by the way you treat your loyal players and your community, without whom you would be nothing!!!
