I have been playing forza since fm1 came out and never have i experienced such a problem, i have hundreds of hours of progress and nobody wants to reply to an email or nothing, i feel badly let down when ive spent at least £100’s on fh3 alone, i will never buy a forza game personally again as i feel hard done by, i have contacted everybody i can and still no reply.

Same issue here, I play the game just about every day. Everything was fine until a couple days ago. I noticed that the game took me to the very first cutscene out of nowhere. I spent over 300+ hours playing this game trying to get achievements and this was the last thing I wanted to happen. This is the game I play the most on my Xbox by far.
Send Nitro Glitter a PM with all the details and he will pass it on, remember to include which Forza game and gamertag.
If so many people are affected by this it will take a while to sort out, he is the only one dealing with it after all.
Im also having the same issue and it sucks because i have lots and i mean lots of time put into this game. I refuse to start this game over again from scratch… please fix
Your Level and skills will be gone but your tunes and designs should still be there.
I know that sucks but it’s better than losing absolutely everything.
