Looks like a lot up there but for the 1st Trial?

Nope, excluding downgrades there are 18 cars, 2 of which are the new Fiesta and Camry which aren’t obtainable yet, all starting in B class apart from the Corsa which is at 584PI.

MG7, Civic '16, both Lynk and Co’s and GR Yaris = weak at B700, many of the remaining ones are native AWD so auto players will either have to put up with shift penalty or sacrifice a good chunk of the limited PI available to clutch + transmission upgrades.

I may just be stupid here and go for the downgraded Kia on drags, A class would open up every car in the list barring the Taycan WP but this restriction really kind of sucks in B class.

For the track I haven’t looked in-game so can’t say this with absolute certainty but it looks like the new Valle Del Rio course, the thumbnail is definitely in the Sierra Verde part of the map and it makes sense for them to start off on one of the newly added tracks, they did that last time with Vista Del Mar on the first Trial after that group of VDM/Marigold/Aeródromo/Linea were added.

probably, they used the new races for Trial last time

here’s the screenshot video for the entire playlist

You’d think they’d want their new tracks to reach as wide an audience as possible but I guess not…

This is just the normal Sierra Verde Sprint, so we’re opening with mostly cars that are just meh at B700, on a track we’ve seen more times than the sunrise in nearly the last 3 years, and who’s first corner is a heavy braking zone into a 90 degree right that is perfect for idiots.

All credit goes to @x_ShadowsBane_x for finding the spot.

So Super Saloon and Super Hot Hatch?

Would be surprised if one of the new sprints is not included. Sierra is typically track 2? Maybe throwing a curve ball?

possibly, we should know by Wednesday night at the latest.

maybe the AI didn’t test well on new races so they skipped using them for the trial

Xpeng eh…

I may do a small test but only between the silly/less likely to be used options (Formentor, Ioniq, Kia and all 5 Chinese cars).

Is the Formentor included? (Listed as Sport Utility).
