By coincidence TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) chassis number 015, pictured above (Group A works entry competing in the 1985 European Touring Car Championship including the Spa 24h race) has now come up for sale. The Rover Vitesse was a popular competitor in the European Touring Car Championship and in particular TWR’s entries were frequently featured as cover cars on the race programmes, here are some examples from the 1985 season:
