ok, so i have played some of the tours before rio, everything was normally, at 1600x900 with medium graphics about 30-40-50fps depending on map, but when i tried rio tour, with mclarens and ect cars, it is not playable, even at low graphics, fps i lower than 20.
so what you will suggest? is my system too weak to play apex?? or it is because of games bad optimization? or i have bad graphics settings?

VGA GTX 770
RAM: 16gb
game is on SSD
Something’s wrong here.
Make sure to update all your drivers, and keep an eye on your CPU/GFX usage duing gameplay.
I am running the game on:
i7 4790K - Running at standard 4.0, no overclock.
MSI GTX 980
MSI Z97 (Gaming 9) Motherboard
16 GB RAM
EVO 840 SSD
Pretty close to your specs, and i am running the game at more than 60 FPS no matter what. (With ultra settings)
You should be able to do so as well.
Windows is updated to last updates, also Geforce drivers are last.
what else can i check?
i am thinking of reinstalling Graphics drivers? maybe it has some problems?
what else i dont know, i am playing assetto corsa at ultra settings and fps are 60+ all the time.
about gpu and cpu usage i will check both.
If everything is up to date, then I don’t really know what it can be.
Try re-installing the game.

Checked GPU & CPU load, GPU load 100%, CPU load 100% on one core, about 50-60 on other cores, is this normal?
