Solved.
Make sure you have the latest WindowsUpdates, you need Build 1511- Version 10586 of Windows 10. and also make sure you have installed the Latest Nvidia drivers from their website.
Make sure if you have a onboard gfx card or integrated one, that the GTX 770 is selected as the primary one, check the BIOS / Intel / Nvidia settings for that.
If you have a dual screen setup, try 1 screen setup first, see if that works.
