Hi,
I usually drive using the Cockpit camera view which displays the rear view and left wing mirrors.
Is the a way to look at the other wing mirror during a race?

You can turn your head left/right, but it’s not advisable during a race. The cockpit view in some cars actually allows you to see the right side mirror, but sadly not all.
It does with the controller. Just push the right stick diagonally favouring up slightly.
Although TBH, I tend to finish races without my right wing mirror anyway.
