Completing events in Career Mode used to be rewarded with cash: 15k credits for the 1st place, 12.5k for the 2nd place, and 10k for the 3rd place (if I’m not mistaken).
But recently I’m getting those rewards very rarely. Sometimes I’m even thinking that I should finish at 2nd place instead of 1st as it could give me bigger chance to get it 
What’s your experience with rewards?
There’s nothing in the Career Mode worth going back to once it’s done is there?
Was so short with no real goal, not even some bloke saying congratulations You Did It like in FM7
I just do 3-10 lap races around the green hell to pass some time and gain a few credits.
If there was a fully fledged Career mode added down the track that you can select the race lengths I’d be up for it but the SP Campaign as it stands is nothing less than disappointing and disrespectful
With the game crashing issues I’m having since 16 May I’m spending a lot of time in Rivals where A: you don’t have to go back to the home screen & B: I can just race next rival, change vehicle in that class under rent and test out every vehicle in the game as some have horrible seating positions in the interior view no wheel.
Best to Test before you buy
It only gives you the reward once I think, so if you do an event a second time and win it again then you won’t get the credits. However, if you do it a second time and finish 2nd then you will get the credits for the 2nd place finish (assuming you haven’t finished in that position before).

I meant events in Featured Tours (added with every update) and completing them for the first time. I often don’t get any reward, despite finishing at 1st place 
The REAL reward is the CAR.
Ugh FOMO, I see it as get it done and over cause it’s not hanging around tho I can see the point if there’s nothing else to do 
Hopefully one day Turn10 will give us the ablity to create our own championship events with all the opportunities, the ones like grid placement on a select choice of tracks… maybe even qualifying
Only thing in the way IS the FOMO
I started to worry about money when T10 introduced weekly VIP car discounts and now I’m not sure if I can play enough to afford all these vehicles 
So… yeah, FOMO is the keyword here.
You need not worry, half of the vehicles don’t sound any good and a quarter are copied over from existing installments so you are left a handful of great ones and those you probably already own!
Try out the Countach with the stock engine but add a Turbo and a few other bits on race softs upgraded to S700, will put a smile on your face
Yep, I haven’t tried a career event since the Pagani. Not one of those other cars has inspired me to play.
The real reward is the friends drive we made along the way.
