I Just Finished the Championship Series… well not the “Bonus Races” Just the main races & i see a Badge Popped up But it was just the word’s saying i’v gotten a Badge Or Achievement, But no square block with an icon or any notification right after i finished the last race. So i can’t figure out what i just got? also bummer about there being no outro to the game, it just goes on i guess?
Also i found a bug… i think? After say 10 of 10 races, if you select Rival Challenge Button At The End Race Screen. I Usually Lap For Around 30 Min’s. But after i exited out i noticed i didn’t see the championship completed screen & wasn’t given the 12K CR I think it is? Anyone else have this problem?
Spoiler alert: Forza Motorsport titles don’t have an “end”, per se. They end when you want them to; at which point, you are free to celebrate however you like.
Considering your Forza Rewards score, I am surprised you don’t already know this.
I Never completed all the Championship Races In FM5 so i wasn’t sure if Credit’s were supposed to roll? or a outro video? i thought it was cause i was into the Power Lap’s in a rival event & ran for around 40 minute’s, scored well over 400,000 CR In that time, it’s not the money i was worried about, just mentioning the glitch! i think it does that with every championship ending. if on race 10 of 10 & you don’t continue, but you hit X & go to the Rival’s event & Power lap some, than exit i noticed it skipped that screen that’s usually at the end of the championship.
I Probably got the Cash from the end of the Championship. But i’m not sure?
I’ll Post This Bug In The Bug Area… I Really think it does that for every Championship Ending, Not much a big deal, seem’s like something that can be patched by properly linking the ending championship screen to load at the end of the very last rival’s event. or something like that.
There is some BIG Glitches in 2 Player Split Screen. Nothing too bothersome, I Really like how Both Player’s can Level Up By Racing Each Other Split Screen.
I Got Another friend to go out & buy an Xbox One & An Xbox 360 & Now he’s just waiting for Internet! But you can really see object’s appearing & disappearing. it does this to me also in single screen. Box’s & Bridges & House’s just Flicker as i come closer to it. sometimes thing’s disappear completely unless i change view. but there just flicker’s & pass really fast! so it doesn’t bother me much.
The Track’s Design’s are Wicked Awesome! I Love some of the Detail in some of the Car’s & Track’s cause of the Laser Scanning! Now i just hope When a FM6 Show’s Up It Patches those area’s we all wish for… Weather Option’s. More Damage To The Vehicle’s. People Run Out When Pit Stopping & Lift the car & all that jazz when pitting… Maybe dig more into Autovista to actually learn more fact’s about the vehicles.
& One thing i really would like that just occurred to me is a Multi-Leaderboard For Each Car On Each Track Configuration! Cause i notice you loose those old best time’s for the last car you used in say Class D. Only way i can think of to do it, is to write down every single best time on paper or a text file on a laptop i make for each car, & list if it was stock or modified or just tuned.
would be cool to collect each car’s ghost’s even if the time was beaten by yourself. Also a way to Load up a Ghost from a friend by choice even if he or she’s behind you on the board’s.
LoL! When X-One first released i really disliked FM5… But after getting used to it, Muting the music & Rigging my Phone to my surround sound & got Milk Radio From Samsung playing with a custom radio station, i really enjoy it! Been Power Lapping Every Car On As Many Track Configuration’s As Possible. it was really the menu’s that i wasn’t adapting to! now i’m getting quick moving around the system’s menu’s.
I received the "badge but no money… Funny thing though … the “bonus” races are there but I’m not getting credit for finishing them I.E. finish ten bonus races for a new badge twenty for another…
The championship badge looks great! they did a great job with that
i think traditonally Forza has tended to reward players early on but they forgot about stuff for the advanced player
no doubt they have reams of research that shows their audience played mainly up to Level 50 (for example) and then tailed off
in Forza 4 they gave you cars every level up to 50, here not so much, they kind of want you to buy the game but once you have it, whats in it for them?
its a very thrown together game with what looks like limited time and resources
