These badges seem impossible to unlock in the current state of the game. Is it true ?
What is the car brand of the last logo?

The second one is for W Motors. The Lykan Hypersport which would unlock that badge was an early bounty challenge prize, and can now be requested as a prize if you do the photography competitions. The Tamo came up as an option in one of the specialty dealer votes, but it didn’t make the cut. As far as I know, there hasn’t been a way to obtain it yet.
Badges are unrelated to car ownership. You can collect Badges by buying designated crates in the Prize Crates menu.
Are you sure about that, Max? I buy a LOT of crates as I’m a bit OCD about getting the badges, and manufacturer badges never drop - I’m positive they unlock when you get the first car of that type. Manufacturer driver gears are crate prizes, but not the badges - hence I am also missing the Tamo and W Motors badges.

“Collect at least one car from this manufacturer” for badges.
