I lost all my credits on Forza 7 today. All was good until Xbox Update last night. Any help PLEASE???
Still waiting for help or a solution. Read about other here with the same problem. Any expiriences or hints?

Only response so far from the Forza email is that their inverstigation seems me to have everything. Doesn‘t make sense to me.
There are so many ways shown to cheat for credits or take time races over and over.
If i am into cheating why would i post here and scam for free credits??
There are severeal posts, also with other Forza parts like Horizon 3…there must be some help. Please!!!

I looked up your account and I dont see anything in regards to your issue. I see you have credits, cars, etc… I will look into it some more but I cant find anything at this time. Ill let you know if I find anything else.

Ok, I found out what happened. You purchased 2 crates for 300k each and a car for 650k.

I played 1 race before updating and i definately only bought 1 for 300k which was hours before!!
I turned off my XBOX with about 1 Million.
Of course i bought cars but raced for that money and 1 Million was VIP credit.
I really would not take the time to post here when i can cheat money in the same time.
Juat want to play decent…

I even know that i got a BMW for that 300k and not would spend that amount again, rather buy what i like for that money.

I promise i did not purchase more than one crate and didn‘t purchase a car before i logged off. And also i am the only person using the XBOX.
And of course 2crates plus car is 1 Mill, still doesn‘t make real sense to me…
Guess i will be lost with this one…

I had our services department take a look and it isnt a technical problem. There is nothing I can do if there isnt an error.

Yet i did NOT buy more than 1 crate, nothing in unopenend crates and it doesnt make sense.
No crate, no new car since then and no more credits.
Worst expierience i ever made on playing.
Also the changes made in the game seem to disapoint the Forza community. Well…gotta come to an end sometime.
Will no longer enjoy it, waste of money buying since i bought the digital vip version and can‘t sell it.
