I never received these credits and was wondering if anything has happened with it or is it being worked on? Did anyone else get theirs?

You might need to be more specific.
What 1,000,000 credits are you referring to?
Did you win a livery competition for example? Or was it something else?
What format are you playing on?
What happened when you tried to claim the credits?
If it’s something in the last couple of weeks, between the Xbox live issues and intermittent messages/rivals/servers - I’m not really surprised that whatever it is didn’t work quite as expected. You might be better off sending a polite e-mail with the details to the forzafb@microsoft.com e-mail address. I’ve seen a couple of posts where folk have apparently lost forzathon car rewards and that was the advice given.

I just sent an email. We’re on a Xbox and it was the Welcome to Forza credits within the last 2 weeks. When we initially tried to claim them it ended up freezing the game.

In the meantime, do you have a car you can auction that will net you the Million credits? If you have a suitable car, stick it in the Auction house and let me know when it’s up, I’ll buy it out for you.
