I just tried to claim a reward for the Forzathon challenge where you got a million credits for finishing a race. Unfortunately, it said ‘Failed to recieve Forzathon reward’ upon going to the Forzathon menu to claim the reward. I tried again and it seems like the reward went through, but even after a restart I still haven’t recieved the million credits. What should I do?
Where is this challenge…dont believe it’s that amount

just found it , must be something to do with the free play weekend
worked first go for me, another million in my bank with nothing to spend it on lol

works for me … got it in free play, , Lime Rock circuit 1 lap race, 2 drivatar and with the Megane RS. 
ps: before to do the race, be sure you have acces to rivals best times ,auction house…i lost the Lambo Avantador just because this bug…same message than you…

Is there any way we can reclaim this reward?
Throwing my name in the ring. Completed the challenge. Never got the reward. Figured servers were slammed so I waited. Still no reward. Failed to retrieve bla bla.
Anyone here get satisfaction yet?
I also got the “Failed to retrieve Forzathon reward try again later” tried again now ity says completed yet I haven’t got the reward.
If you completed the “Welcome to Forza 7” #Forzathon but didn’t get your reward for 1,000,000 credits, please press and hold the power button on your console, unplug the console from the power supply for 10 minutes, boot your console back up and go back into the #Forzathon hub to see if the reward is presented to you.
If it is not, please use the Xbox Game DVR feature to take a screenshot of the challenge in the Forza Hub. Instruction on how to use the Xbox Game DVR feature can be found here.
After the screenshot has been uploaded to Xbox Live on your account, please email forzafb@microsoft.com with your gamertag so we can review the screenshot and your account.

I had the million credit issue on one of my GT’s so I tried this and it worked, logged back into the game and claimed my credits. However the next award, the MB FE that I won received the try again later message. So I did the offline/online trick and sure enough was able to claim my car. Then I won the older MB racer and, you guessed it, try again later. So this time I thought what to both or the above fixes have in common? You get out and back in the game, and guess what again? I was able to claim my car. It will be interesting IF this still holds true in a bit over an hour when the other Quests come online.
