When I go to claim my forzathon reward (welcome to forza 7) my game sticks on the “claiming your #forzathon rewards. Please wait” screen. The “cog” still rotates, but can’t go any further. Can’t back out and have to dashboard.

Same here. It hangs on the reward screen then says cannot connect to servers. I"m on PC. I shut the game down and reloaded it, now I can’t even connect to multiplayer bc “cannot connect to forza servers.”
I didn’t received “A Little Boost” and “And a Little More” from Monthly Races - I completed it and after claiming it game freezes. Now it’s marked as claimed but I didn’t received 300k and 150k credits. On PC.
I think I have the same problem here on Xbox. Did not get the '12 Mercedes C63, needed for next weeks Forzathon. Yet it says it has been completed. Same goes for the 300k credit boost from the monthly races for September. It hangs on connecting. Cannot connect to multiplayer too, after several tries I can connect to MP, but for some reason, I do not get the mentioned Forzathon rewards. I did, however, get the 1mil. credit boost from “Welcome to Forza 7”. This was my last completed and redeemed Forzathon reward.
*Edit, partially solved: Today I got my 150k reward, after completing “And a little more”. I guess I have to say goodbye to my missing two rewards than.

Same here. says completed but the '12 Mercedes C63 Black Edition Forza Edition is still locked. I need it to get the 1955 Mercedes 300 SLR #722, Sterling Moss car.
Same here, PC version. Got 1 race in M-B car, got neither a million CR bonus, nor M-B challenge prize car. It still is ‘claiming my #Forzathon rewards’. Yeah, right.
I understand how lots of people have server connection issues right now, but hey, devs should expect these kinda things when they announce such a rich (and ez 2 get) boost. :shrugs:

Same here too.I think im going to leave F7 for the rest of the weekend and have a bash next weekend,still got plenty of time to do the vip and carpass forzathons.Unfortunately i dont get time during the week due to work/family stuff.Little bit poor really whatever the reasons for the server issues.
Same here, game is unplayable since friday! For what we pay 90-100€? I’m so pissed off!

On Xbox, same situation as everyone else. We haven’t been able to claim credits, etc, stays stuck trying to claim and then the error message. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Same here, says I collected 300,000 credits after completing 10 races. I didn’t receive them and now it says I completed the challenge along with saying I received my monthly rewards but none of the credits are there. Very frustrating.
Dang. I’m so glad I’m not the only one. I have spotty internet at home, I thought it was just me. I’ve been waiting at the Please Wait for 10 minutes and didn’t wanna lose my $1m!!!
I’m in the same boat - attempting to collect on two Forzathon prizes and I’ve been watching the stupid spinny wheel for 10 minutes. Afraid I’m going to lose both rewards if I bail.
Is there somebody who knows that is there some solution? Or maybe the devs have the plan to solve this issue? I guess no, but maybe…Suddenly! Wow! When I start to think about reset I’ve pressed the alt+Enter, and when shows main screen of the Forzathon I’ve come back to fullscreen and boom! The prize is mine!

Just bought the game yesterday.
I was getting the credits from Forzathon then but not today. Tried several different events.
I’m missing over 500k credits that the game said I properly completed but I never received them.
Have you gone back to the forzathon screen to collect them
Are you playing xbox or pc
Have you tried properly restarting the game
