I was prompted to update FM7 and so I did, the update stopped installing so I turned off my Xbox and when it turned back on FM7 was uninstalled and every time I try to install it, it stopped at 155.8MB. I’ve been on the phone ongoing with Xbox support since Friday because of this issue and I did a factory reset keeping games and apps, a full factory reset, installed other games and apps just fine, re-installed all of my games and apps from the reset, and unplugged my Xbox completely and still the game will stop installing at 155.8MB and Xbox support is out of ideas at this point. Please reply.

Having this exact issue. Have performed two factory resets with no dice. Call of Duty AW installs off disc just fine so it’s definitely not my console. Might take my disc back to microsoft store tomorrow and see if the disc is the issue but seeing as the way games tend to install on Xbox One (a bit from disc, then a bit from network, a bit more from disc, a bit more from network) it seems that the network side maybe the issue since the Network always gets 3.84mb and not a bit more while disc sometimes gets to 113, soemtimes to 154mb, etc.
I have the digital version of the ultimate edition so its definitely on the network side. This sucks because I haven’t been able to play for 5 days now and still haven’t heard anything from Xbox support.

My game today randomly decided to install perfectly. All good now, not sure what it was. I am quite upset that I paid for the ultimate edition and couldn’t play it for 9 days, however. That was unacceptable. I am glad it is working again though. Thank you.
Seems mine has as well. Whatever you guys did on the network side fixed it. Hope you figured it out to prevent it from happening to anyone else in the future.
