How do I reset my account so I can start Forza 7 again as a new driver from scratch?
You need to delete the save on your Xbox/PC and on the cloud.
On Xbox go to manage game for Forza 7, go down to saved data and choose the account you want to delete and choose delete everywhere
Be aware that you will loose everything you won from bounty hunters, forzathon, leagues and everything gifted to you.

Why would you want to do that, there is literally no positive aspect to restarting your save.

Not necessarily true. The OP has been driving since 2018, so he may be only a few days in. Assume he started career mode with the Hot Hatch Series, which is fairly common. Now he reads that he can choose Rise of the Supercar or Open Wheel Legends for his first race and get a free car worth 500,000 CR or considerably more.
Now, this only helps if he’s very new to FM7, but it’s a net gain.
Maybe he wants to play again? That is one positive. Another is corruption of his save stopping him from playing. There are literally no upsides to this is a stupid comment, There are several.

My comment was far from “stupid” bud, but it would be understandable if their save were corrupted. But the op provided no context to his reasoning for wanting to start a new save, so its all speculation until they chime in on why. Forza is about accumulating progress over the life time of the game, restarting is a negative. And restarting because of choosing a series that gave you a less valuable car in my opinion is not really a good enough reason to restart. Although that is probably why, but hey, that’s their choice. I’m just giving my opinion.

If he wants to restart what does it matter why. He’s asked how, we should tell him. Not offer our opinions on why he wants to do it.
