My kid acquired a Mazda Savannah via a wheelspin. I had no clue that the car is an accolade award car as well so I bought one off the auction house. Only to find out the mastery points were already filled in. So I attempted a couple other times and those were filled in as well.
My suggestion is since the mastery points reward another car, either make the car unable to be auctioned if the mastery points are filled in. Or when the car is bought by a different player those points reset.
A lot of the new PS5 players do not know where some of these cars come from. Nor do they read all the accolades to learn this as they are playing the game and with so many accolades listed it’s overwhelming to read them all and learn everything available via accolades.
The best thing you can do is to look up the seller’s profile before you commit to bid or buy out. if they are above level 30, there is a very good chance that they are aware of the above so do not buy the car if you worry about mastery points.
That doesn’t work because people who bought the Savannah resell it on the AH and have low profile number.
This method was suggested on Facebook to me and I searched and bought one from a lvl 7 profile seller and it was filled in.

I really doubt that. You will go above Level 7 by the time you get the necessary skill points to unlock the Twerkstallion. Are you sure there wasn’t a star with a small number above it with their level indicator? Which means they would have done at least one full level up cycle.
