After discontinuing the Festival Playlist in FH4, the Quartz Regalia was not added to the Backstage pass. If I’m not mistaken it was previously a part of it but for some reason it was removed. It would be great if we as the playerbase would be able to purchase this great car from the Backstage Pass again.

Won’t happen due to licensing issue. You’re only hope is the auction house.

Couldn’t they readd it to the game after it is delisted from Steam and MS Store? I mean there will be cars with expired licenses in the Backstage pass after the 15th December 2024(the date of the delisting).
Agree with the OP that it would be amazing to have the Regalia added to the Backstage list.

Drove my Regalia in a few online events in Horizon 3 this last weekend. (Should do 20 more races to get the other online achievement there, I guess…)
In my opinion, they (the developers) should gift everyone the Quartz regalia and Quartz regalia type-d.

Maybe they cant gift the car, but there could be a dev account that have infite amount of regalias that they can put in auction, like other removed cars.
The devs can because they still give preorder cars to People as I got the Mercedes and Nissan in August 2024 and a lot of stuff like a senna and other hypercars

Hello again, I´m now proud owner of Hot Wheels car pack. Got it yesterday on ebay, some guy was selling a last copy so I managed to grab it. I´m so happy 
So I did a little bit of research and I found out that I cannot complete the game to 100% ( (I know it wasn´t possible when the last series 77 ended but I wasn´t counting the 3 or 4 achievments which were obtainable completing the festival playlist) The thing is I am not able to complete the Horizon Life (there is a section that requires to watch streams using mixer which is a discontinued streaming platform.
2. the online will be grindy because of the servers and also that there is not a lot players.
3. the creator ones where you need to take photos, make blueprints etc. it would take ages for me to complete of course if someone would help or a lot of players would download and play my blueprints or liked my photos,tunes.
4. Lastly the Photographer and Car collector are not possible for now because I would need the quartz cars which I´m not 100% sure is needed (correct me if I’m wrong)
So I made another 100% complete list (own every dlc, car, I will abandon the horizon life because I can’t complete it and there is no achievment for it and the exclusive cars in it are relatively easy to get because of low levels and lastly the star cards)
So this brings me to the final question, the final thing that is missing from my 100% completion list is own all cars and as I read everywhere there are only two cars that are not obtainable—-> the quartz cars. Is there anyone who have a spare one? What would be the price? Or what cars could I trade it for?

You don’t need to own the Quartz cars to complete the Photographer and Car Collector tasks. You can take pictures of cars even if you don’t own them, so you can create (or just search for) custom blueprints that include them in the allowed car pool, and then take a picture of an AI car. The Type D variant also appears as an Eliminator car drop, so you can drive it yourself there. For Car Collector, that levels up by getting cars in general; you don’t have to have every single unique car to complete it, and even if you did you’d still have a lot of levels left. There aren’t any unique rewards for leveling that one up, anyway.

i think forza should add Both regalia’s in Forza Horizon 4 Into The Auto show so new players can obtain it. i know the game has been delisted but still i think forza should add them both into the autoshow.
Or Just Add Them Both To The Horizon Backstage.

With the game being delisted and the team focused on FH5, requests such as these will not be supported for FH4.

since both regalias were not included in the horizon backstage could the forza team add them both to the forzathon shop for a week so new players could obtain it or was the regalia removed from forzathon shop?
or forza could gift both of the regalias to all players.
if forza does add both regalias into the forzathon shop they could make it like a bundle where you get both regalias for like 599 or 1000 forzathon points which would be cool.

But i doubt this will happen cause the licence expired ages ago for the quartz.
I think what the forza devs should do is just gift them both to everyone in Forza Horizon 4 so players dont have to sit at auction for hours trying to get them.

Many of us in the community would love to see both the Quartz Regalia and Regalia Type-D from Final Fantasy XV gifted or made available again in Forza Horizon 4. These are iconic and unique cars that hold a lot of value for collectors and longtime players.
Since not everyone had a chance to unlock them before they were removed, it would be amazing to have a one-time gift or special event to bring them back—especially for fans who joined the game later.

Could the forza team re add the quartz regalia type d back into the winter seasonal playground games since it was not included in the horizon backstage. Since the events are rotating from series 77 then players can unlock the quartz regalia type d every winter season then.

I hope you’re doing well! As a dedicated fan of Forza Horizon 4, I really appreciate the continued seasonal rotations and support even after Series 77.
I wanted to kindly request that both versions of the Regalia (standard and Type-D) from Final Fantasy XV be added to the Forzathon Shop, ideally as a bundle or available in upcoming rotations. These cars are incredibly unique and fun to drive, and many players—especially those joining the game later—would love the chance to collect them both.
It would be a great opportunity to bring back two iconic vehicles and give players more reasons to engage with the Forzathon system as FH4 enters its legacy phase.
