Highly unlikely. I don’t think there’s enough cross-fans.
Maybe they just wisened up and consulted T10 for the driving physics after Need for Speed’s advice wasn’t spot on…

It was either a special, one-off gift car or part of a car pack in Forza Mortorsport 6, I can’t remember which.

I wouldn’t read too much into it unless Square or Microsoft make an announcement in the future.
For all we know it could simply have been a studio visit, or an opportunity to talk about Scorpio technology (Turn 10 Studios is on the Microsoft campus) or something completely unrelated to all of that.
