Hey Guys, I’ve been playing this game since Forza Horizon 4. I love tuning, drifting and the whole culture JDM and appreciate to express myself on my cars. I make drift edits on instagram and I’ve been putting a lot of effort and time into this game to say, what I will say now.
First off: There is no good way to make content on your own.
You will always need someone, in order for you to record anything from a different perspective. Also there will always be an annoying bsssssssss from the drone in den background.
There have been a few attempts at making a third party opportunity to replay and film, what you have played, but why isnt there any such option in the base game.
The photo mode by far isnt enough! Imagine the fun just to watch your replay in other games. When I think about how many times, in racing games, I watched my own gameplay for different purposes.
Now think a drift group is drifting together and has a very good run. Doors have been caught and lines have been slid. But there is literally no option to replay and catch it from the right perspective.
Imagine how many good moments werent captured and shared with the community.
Also I would love to have neon lights, please. There are so many people, that love the night life and it is such a great community, that it shouldnt be ignored. These People love their cars, so why dont you give them the opportunity to showcase their case better and make em more personalized? More flexibility, more freedom.
I really appreciate your effort to “upgrade” the photo mode, but in order for the creators, which I am trying to be as well, to record some awesome scenes and make great videos out of em, we need more options, flexibility and freedom.
This game is so beautiful, but it is so difficult to show it to the people.
If it is about the money: There is no better marketing, than the players showing what they can do in that game, which makes all the other players think " whoa I wanna do that too ". E.g. Assetto Corsa.
