I think it’s bad that you have to complete 3 rounds of something nobody wants to partake in. Basically making it virtually impossible to complete.
I say a vote of “I”’s will do it.

I don’t think it should be removed, i think the issue is the matchmaking isn’t working, in FH4 you even if you were sitting in the circle on your own once it started you would get matchmade with 11 other people 99% of the time, don’t think i can even remember failing to complete 3 rounds back then.
The other thing is the removal of the announcements that an horizon arcade is taking place, as in FH4 you had the announcement and an option to set a WP to the event, now most ppl dont even know one is active unless they accidentally drive through one or look at the map.

The Arcade is excellent… when you have enough people in it…which you dont…
but there is hope for everyone…
Anyone wanting to complete 3 rounds of Arcade without waiting for PG games to fix their mess should go to TRUEACHIEVEMENTS and create or join a boosting session to get it DONE!!!

Nobody want to do that crap. Who want to have to go to a website, make an account, post/search, and hope to find other you want to join. People just wanna play the game, and want it to work when they do. 90% of people will just say “forget it” before they’d do that. I feel like it’s annoying when a game even asks you to make an account to play.
I mean, I suppose this could be a workaround for getting the seasonal challenge, but it’s terrible as a method for any time you just wanna play arcade. There’s a good chance the arcade would have already started by time you even found a group.

I think it should be removed as a seasonal objective until it’s fixed. Right now it’s so badly broken I cannot imagine how anybody at PGG thought it was good to go. In particular it doesn’t scale to the number of players, which really hurts people like me who live in time zones outside the US or Europe, so things like the new speed mode where you have to drive above 160kph give you next to no points.

It’s not that nobody wants to partake in it. I suspect there’s a lot of us that want to do arcade but the system won’t matchmake players together.

Yeah, I just basically gave up after trying so many times. It always fails at round 2, or just randomly fails and says, “Round zero failed. Failed to gain any points”, or something like that.
I vote to keep Arcade. Great way to earn Forzathon points. Just needs the bugs with it fixing. One tip that will help you compete with other players is not to fast travel into the Arcade circle. Drive into the circle. Seems if you fast travel into the circle, in most cases you’ll end up on your own. I’ve now completed a few (3 events) by driving in.
There’s no reason to REMOVE anything. This game already stripped down and more barebones than FH4. Having more activities is always GOOD, they just need to make their crap actually WORK. Arcade actually has an intended purpose, it’s functionality is just completely broken.
I feel like if you had 10 or 15 people whipping around, and doing the activities with you, it would be pretty fun.
ALSO, remove every single event related to the playlist that is developed in Cross Country please.
Also, remove the TRIAL coop, as well, most of the times its going to be cross country. So.
Also, remove the eliminator, that is garbage, as it was in FH4.

Honestly horizon arcade has the only problem of attendants. More than that is basically the same rehash we had in FH4.
If everything we dont like/want will be removed, the game will be empty ;o
The solution is to fix the game session severs. Right now you only have a few players in your online session. Unlike FH4 where there were 70+ players in each online session.

Funny thing is that I play FH5 now since the fourth of november and have about 120 hours in game, but not a single minute except the Forza Tour races I got into a convoy of players that are in the same session - everytime I tried me or the other player are either in different sessions or I got into a session with players doing something offline - hello?
Even in Eleminator I once was in my own single little bubble with noone around but me. I got only messages that someone got a new car or was eliminated, but nobody was seen or located on my map - and I didn’t get a single car delivery in my little bubble.
At this very moment Forza Horizon 5 make not fun anymore…
Agreed. Arcade should be good to go when the server bug is fixed and sessions have dozens of players instead of a handful.

I think they should just change the seasonal objective from a completion to a participation, at least until the online is fixed.
Seems a more elegant fix IMO

I just ran into a bug (surprise surprise) with the Arcade. I was upgrading a car in the Horzion Mexico outpost and was told that a Horzion Arcade was about to start in 4 minutes. I went out and it was nowhere to be seen even though there were a lot of players hanging around. So I went to my default house to get back to buying and upgrading cars. While testing a car, I saw the pink circle for the Horizon Arcade over in the same festival outpost and drove over to take part, but when I got there, entry was closed and the pink circle didn’t disappear or anything.
i have earned over 1,500 by just doing round 1 at 20 points
that is like 75 tries and i must say its getting pretty boring :
~ drifting 100 of thousands point by myself
~ driving back and forth between a speed trap by myself
~ driving over 75~100 mph to break a score by myself
really, hope the fix comes fast!!

Biggest problem is those that go in to start circle then hide in pause not contributing, untill you drive up on them then will start moving, I call them trolls, if after 2 minites have no score should be dropped from event with no forzapoints and required group total adjusted accordingly.

It’s not a matter of participation. Multiplayer is broken on FH5.
