If not the normal drop time is around 12 hours from now

I feel bad I had a code and used it online and then when I came home ready to play had so much to do that I couldn’t play. Now I’m at my other console waiting for this to download so I can play.
Yeah it’s out 15gigs too but that’s ok, thanks turn 10!
The size isn’t the issue.
According to the Xbox One Console itself Content and Purchase USage is experiencing issues. As of this posting hte link shows all services green but the header is red saying services are experiencing issues.
