Xbox One user, still not seeing car designs of other users who can’t see mine. It’s been 3 weeks now.
I bought the game for this cool feature but it’s gone. At what point do you apologise and tell us when this is going to be fixed? Is it going to be fixed?
If not I want my money back and I don’t want to use this game again. I have bought a game based on false promises.
My XBOX One username is greatBigMASSIVE and I want someone to contact me and tell me how I proceed with a full refund please.
The game is a joke.
Features are missing and it keeps crashing. How can a game on XBOX One keep crashing? All the XBOX Consoles are the same spec so its not like there’s different graphics cards or setups. Is it crashing on normal XBOXes because Microsoft wanted it to so to encourage people to get Xbox One X??
Not happy at all.
Other people aren’t happy and you need to address it and offer refunds until you sort your game out, then invite those you refunded with a discount.
I have tried to call you directly but there seems to be no way of doing that.
Its to late to refund the game. You have owned it for atleast 1 month id assume.
If you want a refund go to xbox support and take it trough their phone or chat. Thats how i refunded my digital copy after i got mine as a bday present from my parents. Again i had owned the game for like 3 hours so maybe it had to do with the time.
