I want my money back forza

i wont my money back for this game less you sort this ramming out its not fair to the people who want to play it and have spent a lot of money on the game and it bits on top plus if there gone out and got a wheel people we need to stick together and not let them off

You “want” your money back? Neither “Forza” or Turn 10 can really help you in that department. What you can do though is go to your local game store or try selling the game online (eBay, Amazon, etc.).

got it on xbox online

Well I hate to break it to you bud, but all marketplace purchases are non-refundable and it’s in big letters whenever you download something. All purchases are final.

People got their money back off Microsoft for digital purchases of pCARS because it was terrible. So digital purchases aren’t quite ‘final’ but that being said, I don’t know of any other game to have been refunded.

Certainly can’t imagine anyone at Microsoft taking a letter/email from this fella with his terrible spelling/grammar too seriously.

Downloaded games from the Xbox Marketplace will still allow you to get a refund. I’ve sadly had several for both unplayable and lackluster games.

Though that being said, it won’t always happen.

do u think there going to do somthing

About what? It’s a public lobby. Some people race clean. Some people don’t. Turn 10 aren’t going to police that. That’s what private lobbies are for.

Are you seriously saying that a developer is not responsible for the quality of gameplay offered by their game?

As far as refunds go, you’ll have to contact Microsoft support. Explain to them why you want a refund but they may or may not give it to you.

They are certainly responsible for developing it, but I don’t think they warranty the amount of fun you’ll have from it. There are more than a couple games that I’ve bought that I didn’t enjoy at all and probably played for less than a few hours, I never thought to ask nor expected a refund.

If you really think it’s that bad, then don’t buy the next version. If there are enough people like you that don’t buy the next versions, they’ll either need to adjust or vanish. Personally, I think it’s a fantastic game and have gotten more hours from it than any other game on Xbox 1.

Yes. It’s completely up to players to decide amongst themselves whether they’re going to race clean or not. Forza is designed for either style of gameplay so Turn 10 obviously have no business telling people how to play their game.

Idk if you are a child or older or have been playing online games for years or not. But,this is nothing new. This has been happening since the inception of online racing.Any game that you are not paying a monthly fee to race in generally is going to be a wreck fest.Iracing or rfactor or something like that is a much better experience because mostly all of those gamers are serious about it and theres not many 6 year olds playing like you have in forza. But to ask for your money back isnt ever going to happen and turn 10 is not going to do anything about it.

why not just lower the crash damage

Try turning off sim damage, it is an option in the assists menu. You could also run ghost league or jon a racing club to find clean racers

There’s no damage online anyway it’s just cosmetic.

oh yes there is if u haven’t turned off damage in your own setting first…

Huh, I didn’t know that. I learned something new today. I thought if the Lobby is a Cosmetic Damage Only Lobby it is a override that forces cosmetic damage for everyone.

I thought that aswell, and I have experienced both outcome as I never turn my ingame damage off. so I don’t completely understand it, but I’m sure someone in here can explain it better then me

My experience with online lobbies is that the game picks the higher difficulty settings between the lobby settings and your personal ones.
Example: The lobby has damage set to “Cosmetic” but your personal setting is “Simulation”.
The game will pick “Simulation” damage for you since it’s the higher difficulty.

Id think turning on damage would lower crashes because then everyone would be trying not to crash. And dont let people leave a race after crashing… Make them race through with the damage they created. Probably less people will play but it will get more realistic than just jump in drive agressve with no consequences. Still its a sim not like youre going to kill your car or yourself.
