So … Im geniuenly wondering here. Who are the players that actually say that the roads on the new expansion are dumb? And we’re not talking about a minority here but groups of people that actually complain out there about how bad the roads on the new expansion are. I feel like some people in this community are absolutely out of touch with anything that is actually going on so they make up their own drama. It boggles my mind as ive seen this happen over and over so many times as they speak up against the people seem who seem to “always complain for no reason”. If thats what the community is, no wonder this game is a sinking ship.
Months ago i saw a post similarly separated in 2 colums like this one that basically said that the players who want progression in the game want to be able to run out of fuel and go refuel their cars and a bunch of stuff like this. Im like: what? And the post gets top upovtes on the front page. And i ask myself the same question. Who has ever asked and again not a singluar person, a group of people, not a minotrity … Ever asked to have this in the game? The answer: Nobody
And let me make it clear: Nobody, not a single soul, no one ever in this community who’s been playing this game for reasonable time/been involved with the community has EVER said that the roads on the new expansion are dumb. Actually thats one of the few positives about the expansion that seems like everyone is pointing out.
Interesting dichotomy between “virtually no steering” and “all the steering”. I’m hoping the rally expansion sees a resurgence of handling tunes over power builds. It does NOT seem to be very forgiving for the wall riders.
Few weeks ago there was a post from someone about the trial being too difficult. I clearly remember even reading a comment from one of the mods saying basically that this is soo old news and the trial isnt anymore “too difficult” which is actually true. And yet someone posts about it and it makes it to the front page with way over 1000 upvotes.
After all someone upvotes these posts to make them go on the front page dont they?
As someone commented on the post below its like the OP is fighting ghosts.

What you just said… is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling incoherent response were you even close to anything that can be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. If you have so little knowledge or interest in cars/car culture/previous FH’s that you need telling who makes the 2 Hoonicorns I have no idea why you’re spending your money on an expansion for a racing game.
With ‘Hooni’ in it’s name I mean it’s obvious isn’t it? It’s clearly the Renault Hoonicorn, or the Napier Hoonicorn, or that world famous Peel Hoonicorn.
I did a tune & livery for the Peel based on my favorite “Crotch-Rocket”, the Suzuki GSX-R 750 (“Gixxer” to those in the know). Seemed fitting given the fact that you drop in a motorcycle engine & the thing is so insanely fast that I’m usually laughing the whole time I drive it
The only slightly confusing thing i could think of is that these 2 are different cars. At least in the game - dk about real life. At some point even i was cofnused whats the difference untill i read the full names.
My solution tells them either of them is fine with the Gymkhana 10 one being the preferable choice for it’s 8x multiplier.
I’m just so baffled by it, I elaborated as much as I could while trying not to sound as if I was treating people like simpletons and it seems I actually should have done.
I mean if I posted that on here I could just say ‘Use the Gymkhana 10 version of the Hoonicorn/standard Hoonicorn if you don’t have that, unlock relevant perks, go and rack up a million points and bank it’ and I know that’s all everyone on here would need telling.
Particularly in FH your awareness would have to be absolutely 0 to not know a jot about Hoonigan by now, even if we ignore the real world stuff FH3 had a dedicated Hoonigan car pack + the Focus was the big prize at the end of Blizzard Mountain’s campaign, the Cossie V2 is 1 of the very first cars we win at the start of the game in FH5 + everyone was gifted a Hoonicorn along with Ken Block’s suit + helmet not that long ago.
Like I said I’m just baffled more than anything else.
I love cars that do that.
