I recieved the Lambo Huracan, VIper and so on when I booted up the game for the first time. I then made a new save file and replaced the old cloud save too with the new one and noticed I didnt recieve the cars this time around. Are the cars supposed to be a one time thing or is it possible to somehow recieve them again? Would hate to loose them all because of a dumb decision to make a new save game.

So all that hard work getting tiers and the response to a dumb mistake is just “tough luck”? Not very customer-friendly.
Well, they are a one-time gift the first time you play.
I do have to question though, if it is “all that hard work getting tiers” why do you play? You may be doing something wrong. The Tiers are not that difficult to obtain and if you truly enjoy the game, it would not be “all that hard work” and you’d get them all eventually anyways.
Also as you put it, why should Turn 10 be there to coddle anyone or hold their hand as they (as you put it) “make dumb decisions”. Customer Service is typically there to help customers with a product or o assist them when the product does not behave as intended. They are not a remedy or replacement policy for dumb decisions.
Luckily, the cars are all purchasable in the game with in game CR and you should be able to purchase one of each (except the P1) by the time you finish the tutorial.

I think you might mistake my confusion with some sort of hostility, mate 
I love the Forza series and have nothing but reepect for the people who’s making these games. I never thought that unlocking cars the old-fashioned way was tedious but I was happy to be accomodated some free cars for playing previous games. I was just sad to see them go but you’re right - It was my bad. I just thought it to be weird that you can’t get them back somehow since they put a lot of effort into making the whole loyalty reward system and the Forza Hub app. Thanks for replying so quick anyway
Please do not also misinterpret my response I also intend no hostility when I say I agree with the OP 100%.
My story is I had the dreaded “invalid profile” error and had to start H2 from the beginning after being at level 265 and had 300+ cars in my garage.
The new game gave me back nothing that I had earned. T10 graciously helped me with some lost gift cars but could not restore the rewards cars.
So, I see the reward cars as a badge of Honour and reward for playing the series from the days of FM2, sure I can buy them back, and I did, and had one heck of a fun time getting back to now level 121.
But why the heck does that badge of honour not stay with us just like all the paid DLC`s and day one cars.
Just a guess but I think a lot of people would agree.
They don’t stay with you because it’s not a special gift car or a dlc purchase. It’s simply a one-time free car from the auto show.
I do agree, you should get them every time you start the game from the very beginning.
Yes we know why they do not return on restart, that point however flawed is well established and abunduntly easy to understand :-).
However, There should be no question that they should “stick” as they are not “free” cars. They are an earned reward. Big difference.
Silly arguement maybe but keeping it going might draw attention to it?
My guess is anyone who thinks about it would agree to the “badge of honor” premise and reward for loyalty that should never be taken away from the group that received it.

does anyone know how i can get all my cars back? they are all gone and the game resets me back at the start but i am still a lvl 31. please help/
