Re-downloading FH4

Hi everyone,
A few years ago, around 2018, I bought Forza Horizon 4 digitally with my Microsoft account. I since got rid of my computer that had it installed, and I am wondering if, after the de-listing, it is at all possible to re-download the game. Does the de-listing mean you can’t buy the game, or does Microsoft simply not allow anyone to download it, even if they “own” the game? Has Bill Microsoft revoked my right to beautiful, rainy, snowy England because he wants more room for Fable on his big hard drive? Thanks in advance for any clarification. My apologies if this should be somewhere else, I haven’t used this forum before.

As someone who previously purchased the game, you have an entitlement to the game in your Microsoft account. You should be able to simply log in to the Xbox store on the device where you want to play it now and have an option to Install it (“You own this”)

Ah, right you are. Thanks for the clarification

mine isnt showing, please help

i grew up on this game i need it back

Have you tried clicking on each of the Editions?

multiple times yes

Since this is an Xbox account/Store issue please reach out to Xbox Support to see if they can provide assistance and report back here with the outcome.

alr, thanks

I just realized this is about a year late… but…

Make sure you are trying to install it from the same Microsoft account that you bought it with…

I am encountering a similar issue, but mine DOES show up as an owned game, and when I go to install it, it… for some reason, won’t…

UPDATE:

I found this solution by typing in the following into Google:

forza horizon 4 isn’t installing on xbox series x

And one of the solutions is to:

Use the Mobile App: Install the game remotely using the Xbox app on your phone, which can bypass installation errors.

Which… strangely enough, worked for me…

If this doesn’t work for you, perhaps a different solution does…

I was seriously worried, due to this game being delisted (and having never installed it on my Xbox) that… glitches in the Microsoft matrix would permanently prevent me from installing it…

But, thankfully, I was wrong…
