frankly with all the new stuff they seem to have, it wouldn’t bother me much if it didn’t rain. It was rain overload in 2 and of course the rain themed DLC. IF they had to cut some rain to make use of other things that’s fine. But I did see a comment from a dev about rain soaked roads in one of the posts (sorry don’t remember which one) so rain is there in some form.
