I can’t say I’m a big fan of the clothing element in FH4, but the inclusion of racing suits and helmets IMHO was a very good idea, they fit very well with for e.g off-road races and the whole road racing theme, so I would just like to thank dev team for including it in last update I would like to make a little suggestion, I see next suit just like the black helmet was is locked behind trial event, please just reconsider giving option to obtain it in offline championship or in forzathon shop in the future, so far I managed to obtain the helmet, but I’m not that great player so I’m never sure I manage to unlock rewards, I understand the competitive/exclusive element, but it’s just not entirely fair to cut less skilled people from it. To get things straight, as others think I want everything for granted – no – I simply ask for an alternative to obtain rewards, from my perspective I can compete against expert Drivatar’s in offline championship, but I suck against human element in multiplayer. It’s just my 2 cents, would be nice if you could reconsider my suggestions and give less skilled players another chance to obtain those multiplayer exclusive rewards in the future, thanks in advance
Me neither, but to hide any item behind a virtually impossible challenge is talking the pish IMHO and shows utter contempt the the user that ultimately make PG/T10 millions buying the game.
I’ve just tried out that trial to get the helmet and it was virtually impossible for the casual gamer.
Yes, make it hard to get the win, but come on, those “Unbeatable Driveretards” should be removed from the game full stop!
Beating “Pro” is hard enough for most people!
When the “Unbeatable Driveretards” are behind, they seem to get a supersonic speed boost to enable them to get back in front.
I have just witnessed a “BAC Mono” doing what seemed like 400mph passing me when I was in 4th place, with 1st (Blue Team) and 2nd (Red Team) way off in the distance and before I knew it it was in 1st place.
Come on that is just not right!
Why does everyone use that damn green “2019 Porsche 911”? It handles like POS at speed and it almost always feature in the opponents line up.
So when there’s some “defensive driving” to be done, you cannot tell the two teams apart at a glance and there’s not enough time to check the leader-board to see who’s near you.
I found the tuned "Lotus Elise GT1) that you get from the barn finds to be as good as anything and it handles superbly and is pretty fast too.
If red chose that over that 2019 Porsche, then at least you easily make out who your opponents are as I’ve had my own team block me as there was about nine of the same car in the race and nothing to tell us apart.
It’s bad enough the amount of personal time people invest in the game, without having to do things over and over again, with the obligatory 4.5 minutes waiting for the next trial to start if you are unlucky to arrive at the event at the wrong time.
Then there is my biggest WTAF!
If any team is winning 2:0, be it Red or Blue, why, oh why is necessary to have to endure the third race. It is pointless!
Not so bad if you are on the losing team, as you can quit at the start of the next round (after the obligatory waiting for it to start of course).
But if your team has won the first two races, meaning the Red team cannot win, you still have to waste more time taking part in an unnecessary race. WHY?
Someone mentioned the “Baked-In Wait Times” in FH4, which I think is the best way yet to decribe the amount of wasted time waiting for things to happen in FH4.
The experience could be so much more fluid, from retrieving vehicles from the AH (presently one at a freaking time FGS), to the annoying perk tree animations that take way longer than they should.
That’s to name just two and I know others will have their own personal peeves!
Otherwise, I like the game very much and have played it almost daily since my Pre-Ordered copy arrived on September 28th
Endlessly redoing the same event over and over is what the devs believe means re-playable. Why is the Trial considered an event but can only be played coop and never records a completion in the stats, win, lose, or draw?
Also I agree, why use Unbeatable anywhere? By definition unbeatable means not able to be beaten and not can be beaten if you try 646 times. It is the 1% of the user community that they cater to even though they generate less revenue overall.
The Trial, Team Adventure are poorly thought out. They have made an attempt to correct by offering a solo version of Team Adventure but the Trial needs to stop being coop exclusive since most humans revert to human nature and only consider themselves and not the group.
