Race settings - tire compound/s allowed

Race settings (multiplayer and free play)
Set what tire compound/s may be used in the race.

At the moment, leagues don’t have the ability to ensure all competitors run the same tire compound. Or the ability to force competitors to use a particular compound at some point in the race.

We could very much use an option to force everyone to run one compound for an entire race (NASCAR). Or force everyone to use two different compounds at some point during the race (F1).

[image] Proposal: In Private Multiplayer > Event Setup > Cars > Car Specifications, add a restriction called Tyre Compound Tyre Compound should have 3 options: Any, Race Tyres Only, No Race Tyres Any would have no restrictions and allow any form of tyre to be installed on a car.
