I have Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition on disc for my Xbox One. If I was to buy the game from the Microsoft Store on a PC, would it still transfer my progress over to PC since I’d be going from physical to digital?
I believe it would as long as you’re using same Microsoft account.

I recently downloaded the PC version, and since I use the same account with my PC as my Xbox, it automatically logged me in and downloaded my save. It took a really long time for some reason. I don’t know why. But it worked.
