How long does it take for your account to come out of moderated state? My posts don’t seem to appear for hours after I post them. Do I have to gain levels like I would in game to get out of this moderated thingy?

Ok so I’ll have another go at this. Why can’t I post or create a topic? I’m in a moderated state? How long does this last for? I posted this same thing 24 hour’s ago but my post hasn’t appeared and if I post in another topic it doesn’t show up for hours…I need help with the game and don’t have any way of getting it!!! Please help for the 2nd time
