Hi, few days ago, i bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition from the store. Later, without knowing it, i shared the game license with a friend through the function My Xbox Home. So now, my friend can install and play FH4 like me on his account. My question is if it’s possible play the game (i play on PC) at the same time on two different consoles sharing the same license, or we can only play at different times? Do you know if game progress and my saved data are shared together with the licenses with other accounts? Sorry but i only play on PC and this is the first time that happens to me.
Thanks for watching
Your friend can play with your license under his account using Xbox Home feature on the XBox.
At the same time you can play the game on PC.
Both can play online at the same time!
Every profile has it’s own savegame. Nothing can go wrong. That’s what I / we do here all the time.
What’s not possible:
Playing on 2 XBoxes at the same time (while online) with only one license.
Playing on 2 PCs at the same time (while online) with only one license.
It’s like a XBox Home Console exclusive feature, or whatever you want to call it.
Hi, first of all thanks for answer me. So if i understood correctly. I can play on PC at the same time while my friend also play on Xbox using my same license. The only condition is not to do it on two consoles or two PC together at the same time, but if it’s PC and Xbox together (as in my case) then it’s okay? So, if it’s right, my friend and i can play together.
You cant using the same gamertag
If you put your gamertag onto his console and set it as yoyr home console he can play using his gamertag against you on your PC
Hi, i meant this. My friend has his gamertag. I shared the game through Xbox Home. I don’t have the Xbox, my friend yes. I only play with the PC.
I understood everything. Thank you so much to everyone for the answers guys, i appreciate it.
