not the newest Cars (Audis 2011, …)
[Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]
to POV in Cars like C63 Black Series or more is horrible
only 2 different V8 engine swap Sounds… every JDM car with a V8 sounds the same
not enough “cool” cars like BMW E60 V10, CLS 63, S Coupe, S Class, RS7, RS6, TTRS, CLA 45 AMG, CL 63 AMG, ML 63 AMG,
It’s pretty looking
lots of cars to choose from (although most are useless for a racing game)
Lots of things to do in the game
Online racing
I only paid $50 when other stores had it for $70
Cons:
Online racing, I mean drifting. (this actually ruined FH3 for me)
Due to the points system where style overpowers placing in a car race, you can have a 5th place drifter leading the points board. Dumb for a racing game
Shared car sounds, my Benz and Beemer sound identical lol
I say either update the points system so the driver who gets 1st out of 3 races online is winning the points board, and not the driver who drifted the course in 8th place,
or just rename it to Horizon Drift.
Pros: The graphics are amazing!
HUGE amount of vehicles.
The map is big enough but would be better if it was a little more bigger.
Drifting is great!
Blizzard Mountain.
The Outback drag strip.
Driving on water.
The ability to build your own festivals.
New barn finds getting added.
Forzathon events.
HE cars.
Fun multiplayer especially that there’s more things to do.
Cons: Sorry but the storyline. I miss the idea of starting with a low end car and making your way to the top to get faster and better cars. Kinda like the first Forza Horizon.
All vehicles are unlocked already.
The lack of the '67 Mustang Fastback and Delorean.
Small desert area.
No town in The Outback.
No wheelie bar options.
No Chiron.
Not be able to have our own house or warehouse or both. Would be nice if we would be able to buy multiple houses across the map.
AND no '04 IS300/ALTEZZA.
Pros:
beautiful graphics
massive car list
open world
tuning
Cons:
Drivatars (just get rid of them, they don’t represent the real player’s driving…it’s a sad excuse for AI)
Not catering enough to the tried and true Forza fans (dumbing the game down for the general public)
Tiny map (the map is way too small for a current gen game especially when games such as TDU/TDU 2 came out on previous gen consoles)
Not enough detailed tuning (adjustable boost)
Not enough visual mods (needs more widebody kits and aero from different companies…even if they need to be “inspired” by certain companies and called Forza aero, visual exhaust mods, headlight/tail light mods, rear diffusors)
Not enough paved roads (if the map is bigger, it doesn’t really feel like it. The paved road count just isn’t there)
Boring paved roads (not enough twisty technical PAVED roads)
Too much focus on offroading (a whole expansion dedicated to offroading, almost every race in the main game has offroad sections, gps forces you to go offroad)
Not realistic enough offroading (a supercar should never be able to win an offroad race…honestly it shouldn’t even go offroad)
Too much focus on destruction (some people don’t want to destroy a beautiful car because the game forces them too, I would like to have the option to not do it)
Not enough street cars/tuner cars (these race cars shouldn’t have even been included in the game if it meant omitting perfectly modeled street cars ie 300zx, MR2, GSX, 30000 GT/GTO)
No route editor
No separate classes for speed zones/drifting/speed cameras
No drag radials or proper drag racing
Money is too easy to get (I have way more money than I could ever need in this game, plus any new cars added I can get for free…there is no incentive to work towards that new shiny beautiful car that I lust after.)
I agree with most of your post, but I’ll add to this one. Please make an option for people to have a more grindy type credit system, or have a credit system more like Forza 6. That way those who like working their way towards things can have just that, and those who don’t particularly have the time can have fun with what they want to do.
